Avoiding Personal Pronouns & 10 Last Years

Here's a top 10 to sink your teeth into. Two, in particular, that make some cringe.

Personal pronouns and a crowded employment history. First, the overuse of personal pronouns. As author Kim Isaacs points out, potential employers realize it's about you. Avoid using "I" and "me" and instead go with active verbs that get you noticed. Second, keep in mind that employers are looking for your most recent employment  and/or volunteer experience, along with any previous work that qualifies you for the job you're applying.
